Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and EDI
Receive and process all EDI transactions in 3rd party and internal system.
Communicate new orders to internal teams
Process Invoices and Memo’s in systems for internal teams
Communicate with 3rd party EDI team on any new setups and/or issues,
Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update information into our database.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and timely resolution.
Data Organization:
Organize and maintain inbound and outbound EDI data according to customer records, categorizing it by date and month.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in EDI is a plus
