Team Member
| We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our food service team. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities: Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Stock supplies and ingredients as needed Collaborate with team members and managers to meet store goals Assist with opening, closing, and shift-change procedures Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly Qualifications: Previous food service or retail experience a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays |
