As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner

• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Stock supplies and ingredients as needed

• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet store goals

• Assist with opening, closing, and shift-change procedures

• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

• Previous food service or retail experience a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
