Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue
and expense controls.
• Worked on PMI ATP accreditation.
• Rich experience on any certifications and training in the current market.
• Close connections with the vendors in the market for training, exams and
certifications.
• Experience in creating or help creating own LMS system.
• Lead and manage the CHIP (Channel Incentive platform) under Microsoft Partner
Network and redeem the SATVs and generate more revenue for the organization.
• Leading PMP public class for B2B and B2C clients to increase sales pipeline and adding
more revenue.
• Worked with the (ISC) 2 certified instructors for accreditation.
• Meeting planned sales goal.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goal and reporting sales results as necessary.
• Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of the team to discuss sales strategy.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• MBA degree in business.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
