We are looking for BUSINESS HEAD for one of the premium Diamond Brand for Mumbai Location

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
 Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and
resource requirements.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, procurement,
and marketing, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project
lifecycle.
2. Risk Management:
 Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop
mitigation strategies to address them.
 Proactively monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle to
minimize impact on project outcomes.

3. Quality Assurance:
 Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project
deliverables meet the required quality standards.
 Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to identify and address any quality issues
or discrepancies.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular
updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.
 Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team
members, stakeholders, and senior management.

5. Change Management:
 Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements effectively, ensuring
alignment with project goals and objectives.
 Assess the impact of changes on project delivery and develop strategies to minimize
disruption and maintain project momentum.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
 Monitor project performance against key metrics, milestones, and deliverables, and
provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
 Analyze project performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for
improvement, and take corrective action as needed.

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Masters degree preferred.
 Proven experience in project management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods
industry.
 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (not mandatory but in case someone is
certified will be a plus point )
 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.

 Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
 Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
 Proficiency in project management software and tools.
