Project Manager (JEWELLERY)

We are looking for Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and
resource requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, procurement,
and marketing, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project
lifecycle.
2. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop
mitigation strategies to address them.
Proactively monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle to
minimize impact on project outcomes.
3. Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project
deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to identify and address any quality issues
or discrepancies.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular
updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team
members, stakeholders, and senior management.
5. Change Management:
Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements effectively, ensuring
alignment with project goals and objectives.
Assess the impact of changes on project delivery and develop strategies to minimize
disruption and maintain project momentum.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor project performance against key metrics, milestones, and deliverables, and
provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Analyze project performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for
improvement, and take corrective action as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods
industry.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (not mandatory but in case someone is
certified will be a plus point )
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
