JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Sr. IT Recruiter for our organization having IT Staffing Industry experience only.
We are expanding our India Team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred. In addition to having the technical skill and qualification, candidates must have a clear understanding of the Indian, UK & US and other international market exposure with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Responsible for handling IT requirements from various clients.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
  • Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, interviews, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Closely screen and Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/hiring managers.
  • Maintain close contact and coordinate with clients – understanding client requirements, technologies and working backwards considering the DOJ.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals & Social Media (Linkedin, Naukri, Dice, Career builder, Monster,techfetch etc.)
  • Making job postings on the Job Portals – Both free & paid
  • Sourcing the candidate from the database, job portals, job posting, mass mailing, internet searches, and references with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
  • Responsible to work on Permanent, Contract, C2H (Contract to Hire) and freelancers or other any other positions.
  • Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.
  • Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
  • Publish progress report to management every daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Stick to the SLAs for daily working.
  • Should be Capable of organizing the recruitment
  • Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
  • Responsible for Zoho Tool Management – Data updation, Reports & Metrics.
  • Responsible for Business Development for various IT Requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
  • Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understanding of various and in trend technical languages & frameworks
  • Hands on & Working knowledge of ZOHO Recruit or other popular ATS.
