Experience : 4 to 6 ys

Age Limit :30 to 45 years

Notice Period : Not more than 20 days

Job Description 

• Responsible for entire day to day site operations which includes:
  mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities.
• Will be responsible for coordination with supervisor, staff, site team
  members and contractors.
• Responsible for billing, measurement procedure for running and
  upcoming work views.
• Responsible for forecasting of approval, clearance with clients and
  even to all supporting staff at every front and its planning in smooth
  way.
• Responsible for all safety/ quality, facility norms at site.
  Responsible for all billing invoice outstanding and its certification from
  client, PMC , Consultant and project authority.
• Prompt communication, mail correspondence on each and every stage
  of work with office team regarding material, required funds, resources
  and SC issues.
• Responsible for cost saving factors of labour charges, consumable or
  control items, minimization of local purchases etc by reaching local
  vendors.
• Responsible for management of team members and balancing all work
  in smooth and dynamic way.
• Responsible for satisfaction of end customers and client, consultants,

SKILL REQUIRED:

Should have good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing and should

have good communication skills.
