We are looking for a “Sr. Project Manager“  for our reputed   Client  for Pune location. 

Job Title/Designation : Sr. Project Manager

Experience : 4-6 yrs

Age Limit : 30 – 45 yrs

Gross Salary : As per company Norms

Qualification BE or DEE

Location : All over India

Notice Period : Not more than 20 days

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for entire day to day site operations which includes: mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities.
• Will be responsible for coordination with supervisor, staff, site team members and contractors.
• Responsible for billing, measurement procedure for running and upcoming work views.
• Responsible for forecasting of approval, clearance with clients and even to all supporting staff at every front and its planning in a smooth way.
• Responsible for all safety/ quality, facility norms at site.
• Responsible for all billing invoice outstanding and its certification from client, PMC , Consultant and project authority.
• Prompt communication, mail correspondence on each and every stage of work with the office team regarding material, required funds, resources and SC issues.
• Responsible for cost saving factors of labour charges, consumable or control items, minimization of local purchases etc by reaching local vendors.
• Responsible for management of team members and balancing all work in a smooth and dynamic way.
• Responsible for satisfaction of end customers and clients, consultants, PMC team in a transparent manner.

Skills Required:

Should have good knowledge of Electrical projects field and should have good communication skills.
