Location –NCR
Experience – 15 to 20 years

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and
expense controls.
• Worked on PMI ATP accreditation.
• Rich experience on any certifications and training in the current market.
• Close connections with the vendors in the market for training, exams and certifications.
• Lead and manage the CHIP (Channel Incentive platform) under Microsoft Partner Network
and redeem the SATVs and generate more revenue for the organization.
• Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer
base
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Leading PMP public class for B2B and B2C clients to increase sales pipeline and adding more
revenue.
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including
executive and C-level
• Worked with the certified IT Training vendors as well as instructors for accreditation.
• Ability to achieve planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goal and reporting sales results as necessary.
• Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with Sales Managers for revenue..
• The ongoing training of the team to discuss sales strategy.

• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
education.
• Promoting the organization and products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA degree in business Administration.

• Well experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience in managing and directing multiple sales managers team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Ability to lead team of Sales Mangers.
