Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage, nurture the client into inbound leads
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound
lead opportunities
• Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements
• Provide engaging and articulate information about IT Certification training to potential
customers
• Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports
• Develop a strong knowledge of IT Certification training products and services in order
to facilitate the sales process
• Understand how the benefits of IT Certification and Training products and services can
meet customer’s needs in various business verticals
• identify people who are potentially interested in your offerings, i.e., leads generated by
LinkedIn
• Knowledge of both National and International market
• Can understand all the tricks and terminologies of LinkedIn
• Rich experience on any certifications and training in the current market.
• Meeting planned goals.
• Responsible for leads and acquisition/ retention of clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in business.
• Experience in planning and implementing LinkedIn methodologies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience in managing leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
Experience required for 1.5-2 yrs for NCR location
