Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Selection:
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values.
Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist in the integration of new employees into the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
