As an HR Recruiter , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop effective Vsourcing strategies, and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive candidate
experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Selection:
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values.

Onboarding Support:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and assist in the integration of new employees into the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
