We are seeking a  Client Acquisition Specialist for our client based in Mohali

Role: Client Acquisition Specialist

Experience: Minimum 4 Year or above in USA Client Acquisition, Sales, Business Development, Transition, Applicant must possess excellent USA accent

Job location: Mohali, Punjab

Shift Timing: 8:30 pm to 6:00 am

Salary: Open for discussion. The maximum budget is 8 lac per annum.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the US healthcare sector, including medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
  2. US Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospects, introducing our Medical Scribe services, and initiating meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs.
  3. Sales: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Business Development: Strategically expand the company’s client base by assessing market trends, competition, and opportunities, and proposing innovative approaches to boost business growth.
  5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our Medical Scribe services.
  6. Negotiation: Engage in negotiation processes, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of promised services.
  7. Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards business development goals.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 4 year or above experience in US Healthcare client acquisition, sales, and business development within the US healthcare sector, specifically in US Healthcare or preferred in Medical Scribe services, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
