About Position:
We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our outbound marketing activities.
Applicants would be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand, customer
relations and boost sales.
For this role, you need to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You will need to identify, create and approach
the potential customer pool and pitch them products as per their possible area of interest from our catalog.
Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products
hence generating revenue thereafter.

Responsibilities:
● Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
● Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing
department.
● Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
● Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
● Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
● Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
● Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
● Equipping the team with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
● Review clients’ feedback and implement necessary changes.
● Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Requirements:
● Graduation/ Post Graduation/ PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
● Relevant Industry experience i.e. Home Interior, Interior Designing, Furniture
● Extensive sales experience. B2C preferred.
● Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
● Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
● Professional yet affable temperament.
● Neat, well-groomed appearance.
● Great networking skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
● Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
● Emboldened by challenges
