We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager/ Project Coordinator to join our client team based in Ahmedabad. 

 

Job Description

Designation: Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Salary : As per industry standards

Location : Ahmedabad, India

Working Days : 6 Days Working

Role Clarity

  • Responsible for the timely execution of all the processes involved in a project – estimations – ordering – quality check – payments – shipment – customs – delivery – installation – after sales
  • Study drawings & BOQ
  • Create suggestive mood board presentations
  • Draw detailed project execution plan and Execute projects as per the project plan, with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. 
  • Ensuring all required documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Make and adhere to project costs, helping the client get maximum value for money
  • Build relations with designers and architects to ensure continued business relationship
  • Work towards increasing client satisfaction by smooth end to end project execution, delivery and value for money.
  • After sales support to client satisfaction, follow-ups / stay in touch till the issue is resolved

Required Skills/Attributes

  • MBA / BBA, Graduate in Project Management, B.E. Civil/Architect/ Furniture Designing with a working experience with PMC companies, Furniture Companies or Architect Firms.  
  • Should be from Furniture, interior designing industry
