Job Description
Designation: Project Manager / Project Coordinator
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Salary : As per industry standards
Location : Ahmedabad, India
Working Days : 6 Days Working
Role Clarity
- Responsible for the timely execution of all the processes involved in a project – estimations – ordering – quality check – payments – shipment – customs – delivery – installation – after sales
- Study drawings & BOQ
- Create suggestive mood board presentations
- Draw detailed project execution plan and Execute projects as per the project plan, with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring all required documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Make and adhere to project costs, helping the client get maximum value for money
- Build relations with designers and architects to ensure continued business relationship
- Work towards increasing client satisfaction by smooth end to end project execution, delivery and value for money.
- After sales support to client satisfaction, follow-ups / stay in touch till the issue is resolved
Required Skills/Attributes
- MBA / BBA, Graduate in Project Management, B.E. Civil/Architect/ Furniture Designing with a working experience with PMC companies, Furniture Companies or Architect Firms.
- Should be from Furniture, interior designing industry
