As part of our Talent Advisory team, you’re charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You’re responsible for headhunting the \u201cnot-so-available\u201d in the market for our clients. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You’re also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make hiring process smarter and more efficient. You are self-motivated, able to work independently when necessary, and strategic when it comes to achieving business objectives and results. You are also comfortable with ambiguity and capable of taking a proactive approach. You are motivated to build metrics and hiring strategies in order to ensure we drive business growth forward and support our clients.
