We\u2019re seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell\u00a0 product of our client (Leader in Education industry) that our customers have\u00a0<\/span>grown to\u00a0<\/span>rely on. The Sales Manager will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build a strong\u00a0<\/span>relationship with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with\u00a0<\/span>strong\u00a0<\/span>negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nRole details:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\nScope:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role
\nWork Location:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in\u00a0<\/span>India
\nWorking days:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>6 working days with 1 day-off which maybe during the week
\nShifts (subject to change):<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>shift timing can be anytime between 5:30 AM (start time) and 12\u00a0<\/span>midnight\u00a0<\/span>(end time)
\nMandatory Language Fluency:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>English
\nLaptop\/Wi-fi:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed
\nAdditional Compensation:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>If applicable, this will be decided basis your allocated shift after you\u00a0<\/span>join<\/span><\/p>\n

\nQualifications:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager, 1 year of experience in Sales.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Overall experience must not be more than 10 years.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English, ability, and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational\u00a0<\/span>skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to counsel a parent for the child’s future<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Graduation is mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Versant (Online Test) Mandatory with 60 marks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Immediate joiners or within 1 month notice period considered.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
