Job Title\/Designation : HRBP<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Annual CTC : No Restriction for deserving candidate<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Location : Ahmedabad<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Business Partner <\/b>\u2013 Develop, drive and implement the Business HR Plan for each function supported. This item includes understanding the business and people priorities, while collaborating with HR and business leadership teams to diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve organizational effectiveness, organizational development, talent management, etc. and advance the business results.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Leadership Consultant-<\/b> The ability to partner, influence and engage with senior business leaders in service of executing business strategies that will further business and organizational objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Change Agent <\/b>– Partner with, and coach, executive level leaders, senior leaders and managers to facilitate organizational and cultural change. Educate the business on HR trends that affect the business. Acquire business sponsorship for HR initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Talent Management<\/b>– Applying an array of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition, retention, assessment, development, and career\/professional growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Program Manager<\/b> – Lead implementation of core HR programs \/ key talent programs into the business ensuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Employee Advocate\/Relations <\/b>– Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
